GQH-SPCline Row Head Cabinet

Row Head Cabinet adopts advanced online hot-plug, 4-pole (3P+N) phase shifting, and secondary wiring circuit board technology. It enables real-time monitoring of full electrical parameters for incoming and feeder switches, as well as functions such as overcurrent protection, zero sequence protection, and remote signaling, providing reliable, agile, and intelligent power distribution management.

It is suitable for applications in data centers (intelligent computing centers, supercomputing centers), power grids (substations, power plants), rail transit, microgrids, and other fields, specifically for high-power AC and DC distribution scenes up to 630A and below.

-RELIABTLITY

  • Key components of the switch assembly use the same insulation material as plastic shell switches, PA66+GF25+V1 (fire-resistant nylon and glass fiber), boasting excellent insulation withstand voltage and fire and oxidation resistance capabilities, while also meeting relevant short-circuit arc testing requirements.
  • The primary cable connection terminal is equipped with a protective cover to prevent accidental contact with live parts.
  • Primary copper busbar connections utilize Tieon Energy’s independently developed insulated bolts (with metal materials on top and bottom and insulation material in the middle), which are safer and more reliable than traditional connectors.
  • The secondary wiring circuit board design integrates power supply and communication modules without any additional secondary wiring, reducing potential points of failure.

MANAGEABILITY

  • Each circuit can monitor electrical parameters such as three-phase current,three-phase voltage, active power, reactive power, active energy, reactive energy, frequency, power factor, etc. It can also detect switch open/close states, fault statuses, and control switch operations such as electrically opening and closing.
  • Each circuit can independently communicate via RS485 signals to an integrated monitoring display system. Alternatively, it can connect via communication lines to a control center for real-time monitoring of the operational status of electrical equipment. Users can also access relevant data anytime and anywhere through a mobile client application.
